PERIODICITY specifies more than one cycle.

Cause: ALLOCLAST was set to YES when PERIODICITY specified a single value
rather than a list of nested cycles.
Action: Set ALLOCLAST to FALSE (the default), or specify more than one value
for PERIODICITY (in the form of a parenthesized list).
